My name is Jenia. Originally from Russia, but Canterbury has been my home since 2010.
I was passionate about fashion since a very young age and even though I spent most of my life studying and then working in another field, I have finally been able to start doing what I dreamed of as a child – creating garments.
I have been making and altering clothes for my friends, family and myself for years before I decided to set up Lunam Studio.
This year I spent a lot of time studying in Central Saint Martins which has been such an inspiration. First, I undertook Pattern Making course, which gave me plenty of knowledge and most importantly inspired me to continue further studies at Fashion Design Portfolio summer school, which probably was the most amazing learning experience so far. Meeting and working with incredible tutors, having access to the richest library and all the inspiration I got from all of it is what gave me confidence in what I do now. At the moment I am studying fashion drawing at CSM and planning to apply for a degree in Fashion.
I would be very happy to use my knowledge and expertise to help you look your best!
